What better reason for a party? (Not that I need much of an excuse anyway) 
A certain Dad, who will remain nameless, accidentally liberated most of the balloon decorations during set up for the party. Oh, well.
Parker didn't invite a big crowd, but kept it to his family and closest friends in the Ward, Stake, and School.
It was a very nice evening and Parker was very appreciative of everyone that came and celebrated this achievement in his life.

He wanted to have a cook out at Grandma Gibson's, so we had shish kabobs and salads. Yum!
